Cadillac XLR Reviews
The Cadillac XLR introduced in the year 2004 was a superb luxury class sporty sedan that had almost all the luxury amenities and provided promising reliability. It was marketed with a five-speed automatic transmission along with a physical shift mode as a substitute to the current six-speed automatic transmission that has been offered since 2007. Most of the Cadillac XLR reviews praise the vehicle of its high acceleration and smooth operation.
Current Cadillac XLR
Since 2004, there have been many XLRs featured with exclusive exterior colors, dissimilar interior trim and varying wheel designs. The base model has been dropped now and it leaves out only the Platinum trim for the year 2009.
What’s on the Offer?
The initial version of Cadillac XLR was more of a 2-seat lavish roadster that featured a rectangle shaped hardtop roof. The conventional XLR came with advanced luxury features such as adaptive xenon HID headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels along with run-flat tires, heated leather seats along with various power adjustments, adaptive cruise control, keyless startup, dual-zone automatic climate control, Bluetooth, a head-up display, Bose audio system with CD changer and satellite radio, and a navigation system.
A Feisty Performer
The Cadillac XLR is powered by a 4.6-liter Northstar V8 engine and a six-speed automatic transmission that send 310 pound-feet of torque and 320 hp of power to the back wheels. The present Cadillac XLR reviews claim it to be a feisty performer that can speed up from 0-60mph in 6 seconds and gain rapid speed cruising that’s usually effortless.
